    We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Lead generate to build pipeline - this includes circle calling, door knocking, open houses and calling all listing prospects • Prepare a thorough comparative market analysis for prospective sellers • Represent 50-100 buyers in the first year • Conduct client interviews to narrow down home criteria • Go on appointments with clients and show why working with us is valuable • Get clients under an exclusive agreement Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills An established track record of successful real estate sales Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • 1-2 years real estate experience preferred • Provide own laptop/computer • Have own cell-phone • Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation Compensation: $90,000+ commission
