Responsibilities: Market yourself and increase your sales efforts by attending networking events and participating in open houses Act as an intermediary between your buyer and the seller Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents Offer top notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria • Represent 50-100 buyers in first year • Conduct client interviews to narrow down home criteria • Do diligent research to find perfect homes for clients based on given criteria • Go on appointments with clients and show homes based on criteria • Get clients under agreement once perfect home has been found Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Show good organizational and time management skills Up to date on real estate trends in your area Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in real estate sales is a plus Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems Be customer focused with a positive attitude Be prepared for challenges and confront them with a positive mindset and determination Practice your listening and questioning skills to unveil client wants and needs Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • 1-2 years real estate experience preferred • Provide own laptop/computer • Have own cell-phone • Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation Compensation: $90,000+ commission
