  • Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to assist with the day-to-day operations of recruitment and job fulfillment to hire top talent.

    Develop and maintain lists of interested recruits through SilkRoad (recruiting database). Creative resources including networking, universities, job boards, job fairs, internet (LinkedIn and Monster), etc. Develop innovative ways to lower recruiting costs and reduce the time to fill open positions. Ensure valid selection of candidates occurs in all functions. Assist with varied administration functions. 

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Technical recruiting and staffing logistics
    • Sourcing and Screening top Talent using various resources including LinkedIn
    • Working closely with Hiring Managers’ in hiring requirements and specifications
    • Sourcing for recruitment vendors
    • Recruitment vendors management including attending to queries and job specifications and requirements
    • Providing employment advisory to Hiring Managers
    • Proper management of candidates’ profile and information
    • Administration of employees’ onboarding
    • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
    • Salary benchmarking reports and annual data submission
    • Full cycle recruiting
    • Managing requisitions
    • Strong candidate pipelining/sourcing

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

    • Maximize the use of SilkRoad 
    • Utilize different resources including networking, internet, Linked In and Monster etc.
    • Source, Screen and select top talent
    • Work closely with Hiring Managers on Hiring plans, specifications and requirements
    • Managing recruitment agencies including handling queries, aligning position specifications and requirement
    • Deliver on commitments and contribute to the success of the team
    • Conduct business in a highly ethical manner
    • Personal ongoing development
    • Present Kofax in a professional and positive outlook and demeanor
    • Sell Kofax to candidates and prospects
    • Cultivating relationships with hiring managers
    • Making hiring recommendations
    • Proactively sourcing of candidates
    • Promoting the company referral bonus program
