  • Responsibilities

    As Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will drive the execution of Field and Channel Marketing across the Americas. You’ll manage programs across digital, event, and ABM to increase revenue and market share across the Americas. You’ll expand lead generation, account-based marketing, channel marketing, and pipeline development opportunities working closely with sales, corporate communications, demand center and product marketing. Furthermore, you will build channel assets and global partner programs supported with compelling corporate messaging and enablement tools.

    • Evaluate marketing mix and maximize pipeline and account-based engagement opportunities using a mix of digital, ABM, content, social and event marketing programs
    • Integrate channel partners into the marketing mix and ensure productivity of co-marketing programs and lead follow-up
    • Present, manage and optimize quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in regular sales meetings to provide monthly reporting on demand metrics
    • Work collaboratively with Americas and global teams and build cross-functional relationships
    • Leverage best practices and champion partners to create scalable marketing programs, customer-facing content, and internal enablement
    • Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging and look across all applications
    • Drive execution to exceed demand metrics and quantify program impact (ROI, engagement, funnel metrics)
    • Communicate and educate stakeholders to ensure integrated, consistent and powerful alignment in all endeavors

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Experience with direct and channel marketing lead generating activities
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent budget management and project tracking
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24 or other webinar platforms
    • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change
    • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
    • Experience with B2B high-tech companies; software background is a plus
    • Highly motivated, flexible team player
    • 30% - 50% travel potential
    • Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
    • At least 7+ years experience in Marketing
    • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related discipline; . A combination of education and experience will be considered.
