The Senior Trainer to participate in online training programs, which includes content management/creation, training facilitation, and acting as a learning subject matter expert on training related projects. Must:

Skills:

2+ years of title Insurance Industry experience. Title search and exam experience a plus. 2+ years of training experience. Experience with online training platforms, e.g., Teams, WebEx, GoToWebinar. High level of learner empathy. Knowledge of authoring tools is a plus. Technical writing experience and training program management is a plus. Understand basic adult learning theory. Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience working independently, pro-actively completing project activities; communicating with other subject matter experts and project teams and making recommendations for improvements (training or otherwise). Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including e-mail. Listening skills - lets others speak and seeks to understand their viewpoints. Organization and planning - plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities. Calm under pressure. Persuasion - able to convince others to pursue a course of action. Flexibility/Adaptability - adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Education: Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent experience.
