Job Description

Schedule: • Contract to Hire if the business need becomes available • Estimated duration: 6 months • Days: M-F • Hours: 8-6 EST • Hours per week: 40 hours • OT: May be possible if need is there   Location: • Remote US - Supporting EST hours • Home wifi will be required - we would not want to provide embedded cellular for this effort   Top must-have skills on resume: • Previous types of work experience • Productivity environments Candidate Requirements: • Proficient in computers, navigation, typing abilities - need to be able to set up their PRG laptop with little assistance, troubleshoot issues • Applications are mostly web based with some excel knowledge • Office Professional / Admin experience would be beneficial • Processing background with high volume of work • Someone who can focus on task at hand, attention to detail • Nice to have - insurance knowledge Day to Day: • Total loss docs- this processor will review file for accuracy and checks to see if there are additional steps needed, and then submit to vendor • Settle vehicles and total losses with vendors • Work will based off of specific guidelines provided by team, working one • No customer reach out, all virtual
