You work with them thoroughly, follow our proven process and model Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM Technology platforms. Responsibilities: Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: An established track record of successful real estate sales Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan, commission based
