Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary. We’re hiring a paralegal to assist our real estate team working on the closing side of the real estate transaction. Applicants should be experienced, highly-organized professionals with great attention to detail. This team has a high accountability culture that values and cultivates the whole person, not just the professional side of our team members. Responsibilities: • Work with clients to confirm contracts and disclosures are completed • Work with client on the home inspection items • Coordinate with the lender that all guidelines and time-related tasks are completed • Responsible for all closing matters • Responsible for communicating with clients, attorneys, brokers, and lenders • Some light administrative tasks Qualifications: • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • Talented communicator and writer • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
