The Jill Biggs Group in Hoboken, NJ, US is seeking a Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. As a Sales Assistant, you will directly support one of our top agents, doing a wide variety of tasks that are all aligned toward keeping her efficient, effective and focused on closing clients. This will include managing her database of opportunities, keeping her scheduled and on track, communicating and coordinating with prospects, clients, attorneys and vendors all while you are working to solve the various thorny problems that are just a normal day's work in residential sales. The job will be a mix of working in our office in Hoboken as well as being on the go throughout Hudson County (this is definitely not a remote position). Reliable transportation is a must. The role will have light personal assistant responsibilities as well. In short, you will be focused on removing distractions, protecting your agent's time and keeping her selling. This is why your pay will be a combination of a base salary plus a percentage of the agent's commission. Responsibilities: • Most important: enabling your sales agent to focus on her highest-priority activities • Managing the sales management system (FollowupBoss) and ensuring all opportunities are being correctly worked • Handling document and contract creation as well as project managing all client-related tasks • Plus all the usual assistant tasks: handling phones, texts, emails, scheduling, calendar management • As well as handling some personal assistant tasks: running errands, scheduling personal events, etc • Not to mention anything else that needs to be done that day Qualifications: • Previous relevant experience, especially around supporting high-performing salespeople • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to thrive in the storm, have a thick skin, and bring order to chaos • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Discreet, dependable and mature, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality • Ability to pivot & shift quickly and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • A real estate license is a plus.
