Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Engage fully in team meetings and training with a focus on mastering changes in commission structures. • Host open houses, follow-up with leads to increase sales, and participate actively in team marketing efforts. • Be a trusted advisor—always consulting to provide the very best service and advice, nurturing client relationships for repeat and referral business. • Utilize your local knowledge to effectively answer client questions about homes and communities. Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Organized and manages time effectively • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Full-time commitment to your real estate career; we are currently not accepting part-time agents. • Excellent networking, communication, and social skills to build your business. • Self-motivated with a drive for professional growth, tech-savvy, and exceptional organizational and time management skills. • A proven sales track record is preferred, showcasing your ability to adapt and succeed. Compensation: $120,000 at plan earnings
