We provide EVERYTHING you need to succeed! Our small team needs Real Estate Agents to help serve our overabundance of buyers and sellers! We service San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Inland Empire and Orange County but are looking to expand our ever-growing team. You would essentially be serving the area you reside in, but are open (and we encourage you) to work in other areas we serve as well. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales. • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community. • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business. • Follow-up with leads to increase sales. • Consult with Buyer and Seller clients to find their home wants and needs and close the deal. • Use our systems and procedures to provide excellent customer service. • Provide 100% client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Technology-driven. • Socially-driven. • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred. • Organized. • Manages time effectively. • Self-motivation and drive. • Great communication and social skills. • Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures. • Have current California Real Estate License or is presently working through courses preferred. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000
