Our agents do NO MARKETING! We provide EVERYTHING! Our small team needs Real Estate Agents to help serve our overabundance of buyers and sellers. We service San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County but we are looking to expand to other areas as well.

You would essentially be serving the area you reside in, but are open (and we encourage you) to work in other areas we serve as well.

COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $100,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs to close the deal
• Use our systems and procedures to provide excellent customer service
• Work with our Client Specialist, Sales Manager, and Marketing Department to accomplish all your needs
• Provide 100% client satisfaction
• Learn everything there is to know about the Bottrell Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technology-driven
• Socially-driven
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Self-motivation and drive
• Great communication and social skills
• Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Must have current California Real Estate License or be presently taking courses to obtain
