If you are ambitious, self-motivated, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity to launch or grow your career in Real Estate, you will love being part of the Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team. • NO PROSPECTING appointments are set for you • MINIMAL PAPERWORK in-house contract to close support • PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT surround yourself with top-selling agents • TEAM LEADER dedicated team leader to help support and grow your business QUALIFICATIONS: MUST ALREADY HAVE A CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF ATTAINING YOUR LICENSE We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications: • Full-time availability (No Part-time) • Access to local real estate association membership / MLS • Have a good technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile) • Willingness to learn The Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team process, use new tools, systems, and technologies, and follow the company's protocol (CRM) • Posses networking and strong phone sales skills • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator • Enjoy negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to assigned appointments for real estate showings, ensuring exceptional customer service • Educate, inform, and advise clients on the process of buying and selling properties, as well as market trends and other relevant topics • Accompany prospective buyers and sellers on property tours, providing comprehensive information about the property, neighborhood, and city amenities Qualifications: • Must possess a valid California Real Estate License • Must be a fast learner and able to think quickly on multiple levels • Must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a friendly focus on customer service • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
