Responsibilities: • Work diligently and intelligently on a daily basis, making the most of the provided appointments • Adhere to our proven process and model • Effectively manage incoming appointments through phone and CRM systems • Utilize our CRM and Technology platforms to handle communication and documentation • Consult with clients, understand their property preferences, locate suitable properties, and meet their needs • Serve as a mediator between sellers and potential buyers • Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers • Continuously network and market to generate referrals and repeat business • Provide clients with the highest level of service and advice • Foster a team-oriented approach, supporting and learning from other leaders and agents to establish a successful long-term real estate career Qualifications: • Full-time availability is required for this position, no part-time availability will be considered • Access to a local real estate association membership/MLS is necessary • A good technical background or a willingness to learn online/mobile platforms is required • The candidate must be willing to learn The Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team process, use new tools, systems, and technologies, and follow the company's protocol (CRM) • Strong networking and phone sales skills are essential • The candidate must always display a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator • Enjoying negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients is important • A valid California Real Estate License is mandatory • The candidate should be a fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels • The candidate must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must • A minimum of a High School diploma is required Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
