Our partnership and lead conversion training has been designed to give you innovative tools and an understanding of how to convert leads in our market today. You will be provided with step-by-step guidance, training, and coaching to convert active buyers in the market. We are looking for agents who want to convert, excel in customer service, and want to grow with us in this market. We created a system for our partner agents to succeed and win so they can focus on 1% of the business - we handle the other 99% of the business so you can go sell and make money Here is an example of what you could expect: • Buyer and Seller Appointments - We provide the highest quality appointments (not leads) available in the industry along with the tools and training to convert them. Personal training four days a week. • Experience - Jim has enjoyed an amazing 18 year career and has experienced multiple markets. During those 18 years Jim has assisted over 2,000 clients buy and sell real estate totaling over $1 billion sold. • Systems - We believe in the saying "keep the sellers selling" and have the systems and staff handle the rest. We've figured out and tested the best systems in the industry. • Support - 24/7 hands-on support and training from our Inside Sales agents. Broker support, Transaction Mentor, Listing Coordinator, and leadership support - you're covered! Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Previous Real Estate experience is preferred but not required. Many of our most successful agents are completely green to the industry! • Driven and willingness to learn - we have the training if you bring the winning attitude! • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability and creativity. • Desire to be successful! Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
