QUALIFICATIONS: MUST ALREADY HAVE A CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF ATTAINING YOUR LICENSE We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications: • Full-time availability (No Part-time) • Access to local real estate association membership / MLS • Have a good technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile) • Willingness to learn The Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team process, use new tools, systems, and technologies and follow the company's protocol (CRM) • Posses networking and strong phone sales skills • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator • Enjoy negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to understand their property desires and requirements • Utilize tools and resources to find suitable properties for buyers and sellers • Act as a liaison between sellers and potential buyers • Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers during the real estate sales process Qualifications: • Must have a valid California Real Estate License • Should be a fast learner and capable of thinking quickly on multiple levels • Must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Minimum requirement of a High School diploma Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
