Responsibilities: • List and sell residential real estate • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License (Required) • Full-time availability (Required) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000 yearly
