POSITION: CONTACT CENTER CLERK

PAY RATE: $12/HR.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 6 MONTHS

WORK HOURS are 8-5 to start but can fluctuate since our center is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding utility services including identifying service needs (new, transfer, changes, payment arrangements), summarize needs, and assure policies, rules and regulations are followed.
• Assure work requests are completed accurately and timely and update customer account history.
• Enter customer call details into utility database for call-tracking, follow-up and reporting purposes.
