    Our client is looking for a highly motivated, results driven sales superstar who enjoys the challenge of new business acquisition.

    The Account Executive will promote respiratory and DME products to healthcare professionals (physicians, sleep centers and hospitals) for the ultimate benefit of their patients. Our client is a national organization experiencing rapid growth.

    Our ideal candidate has had success in the medical sales field, preferrably with DME & / or Respiratory products, delivers professional presentations and constantly strives to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations. This person should possess outstanding sales experience with a passion for growing business with existing accounts and proactively pursuing new accounts.

    Innovative, personable, high energy and a critical thinker describes the ideal candidate.

    Geography for this position is Reno, NV and 60 miles surrounding, including Lake Tahoe area.

    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-standing relationships with patient-focused referral sources (physicians, assisted living facilities, sleep centers, hospitals, etc.)
    • Deliver presentations to physicians, hospital medical teams and office staff in a professional manner.
    • Research and develop potential customers in his/her territory; determine sales strategies for the company's products and services.
    • Maintain an understanding and awareness of updated industry trends, government regulations, and technical developments that impact markets.
    • Monitor sales activity against performance expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred.
    • 3+ years successful medical sales experience, especially in DME/Respiratory  is a definite plus.
    • Proficiency in developing sales strategies to increase sales performance.
    • Skilled at relationship building in a professional setting.
    • Confidence to ask for the business.
    • Capable of managing a territory by analyzing and managing pipeline activity.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in verbal and written communications.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Collaborative team member, receptive to coaching and learning new ideas.
    • Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Proof of valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation required.

    Compensation listed in this posting is a combination of base salary, quarterly bonus and monthly commissions (uncapped plan). The company also provides a monthly car allowance.
