Early Childhood Engagement Specialist

John Boner Neighborhood Center is seeking an Early Childhood Engagement Specialist who will play a vital role in developing young children and streamlining their potential early. Within this role. the Early Childhood Engagement Specialist will act as a liaison between family, state and local leaders and stakeholders to ensure that all children are thriving and that there is nothing preventing them from becoming world changers! You will play critical part in increasing resources and opportunities for health and education for the community as a whole.

Here’s what a day as the Early Childhood Engagement Specialist might look like:
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand challenges surrounding early health and learning curves
- Strategizing new efforts to combat seasonal health challenges
- Developing best practices for families with newborns
- Maintaining positive relationships with the Community
- Providing support, education, resources, and referrals to increase social capital.
- Coordinating events to unify the community
- Track and monitor program effectiveness to ensure resources are being used wisely
