    A Day in the Life of the Financial Coach:

    Your day will be filled with purpose as you effectively provide one-on-one financial counseling/coaching to CWF customer; support customers to develop realistic spending, savings, and debt management plans; improve or build credit; develop emergency savings; and build assets. Coach will build strategic partnerships with financial institutions to offer customers meaningful financial products and services to assist customers in achieving their goals. Coach will develop and facilitate financial workshops to improve the customers’ knowledge and understanding of key financial topics; to include but not be limited to budgeting, savings, banking products, credit building, and identity theft.

    A Great Financial Coach Will:

    • Be an Empowerment Catalyst: Your focus will be on empowering customers by providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them establish and further financial goals that align with their potential.
    • Forge Partnerships: You'll collaborate with financial institutions by building strong relationships to ensure meaningful financial products and services will benefit customers.
    • Maintain Accurate Records: Accurate data management and reporting will be second nature to you. You'll track progress, meet program benchmarks, and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
    • Create Impact: Your efforts will contribute to bridging gaps between customers and their financial opportunities, fostering financial planning growth, and ultimately uplifting disadvantaged populations.

    What We're Looking for in Our Financial Coach:

    • Understanding of the needs of low-income working individuals
    • Experience coaching and helping others
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at communication and reporting
    • Self-driven, organized and motivated by a passion for change
