The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, websites, brand stewardship and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain the overall marketing strategy for our company. • Stay educated on top tech and emerging marketing strategies • Set marketing goals (# of leads generated) and meet them • Increase web traffic and lead captures on all sites and social media • Analyze and report on marketing metrics • Research the market and • Generate innovative ideas (keep us ahead of the competition) • Insure brand consistency through all channels • Help us become The Team of Choice for clients, community & colleagues Qualifications: • MUST HAVE COVERLETTER YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN THESE FIELDS BELOW • Understand web design • Must be able to SEO optimize websites and blogs • Set up re-targeting on all sites • Build funnel campaigns • Build social media campaigns that include funnels and re-targeting • Set up print campaigns (sync with social media, etc) • Oversee design of postcards/door hangers/digital media • Data base campaignsMarketing client appreciation eventsEvents open to the public • Understand and implement YouTube video ads • Understand Google AdWords • Excellent understanding of how all the different ad campaigns work together • Overseeing TV ads, radio Ads, etc. Compensation: $75,000 potential first year
