COMPENSATION POTENTIAL$75,000 - $125,000 (salary plus bonuses) Responsibilities: • Client Care and Follow Up on clients currently in our database • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents • Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Working in the office 3 days/week • Staying organized and being able to track your time and metrics Qualifications: • Candidates must have at least 1-year proven phone success in sales, customer service or telemarketing • Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary • Passionate about selling • Desire to part of something bigger than yourself • Wants to thrive in an environment where we're always learning and growing • Ability to own your successes and failures • Lives or will live in Colorado Springs Compensation: $40,000 salary plus bonuses
