JUNIOR RECRUITER
The Junior Recruiter opening is an entry level position that is responsible for supporting senior management with the and hiring process of entry to high level positions with our clients.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will partner with a senior management team member to execute the full life cycle of recruitment activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection and ensure a seamless candidate interview and new hire experience. You create an active and diverse pipeline of sourced qualified candidates utilizing employee referrals, our Applicant Tracking System, and online recruiting resources. Your interpersonal and communication skills come in handy as you build influential relationships during the selection process and act as a point of contact for candidates, while also working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs to identify the right talent with appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
