Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with contacting and assisting our clients
• Process Certificates of Insurance, Endorsements, ID Cards, etc.
• Follow company procedures, workflow, and timelines
• Ensure quality client service and satisfaction
• Create and maintain client files in the database
• Prepare quotes and market for account renewals
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Finalize and bind proposals for appointment
• Assist producer with gathering data
• Backup other positions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Agency Management System: EPIC experience is preferred
• 3-5+  years’ experience required
• Active P&C license is required
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be fluent on the computer and software packages
• Must be able to work in an active environment
• Be able to talk to clients in a professional manner
• Multi-tasking and time management is a must
• Organizational and problem-solving skills are a must
