Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ability to handle standard and some light High Net Worth accounts
- Order and process renewal & change requests
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all coverages and to clearly explain/sell on new business and recommend enhancements to current customers
- Assist clients with claims
- Create quotes & presentations
- Cross sell & round out accounts
- Liaison between clients and carriers
- Certificates, endorsements, binders, and claims
- Reviewing insurance company communications daily
- Processing all in-coming and out-going mail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an active P&C Insurance License
- 2+ years in a retail agency environment preferred
- Must be able to use AMS 360
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational skills are a must
- Ability to work in a team environment
