WHOLESALE E&S INSURANCE BROKER – LOS ANGELES CA
Our client is a national E&S wholesale broker looking to build and develop their footprint in Southern California. They have a national reach with regional support offices throughout the country, and plenty of markets to write all appetites of risk.
_Applicants for this role should have existing retail insurance agency contacts/relationships in place that can be called. _
_Applicants coming from either brokerage or binding markets could work for this position, although brokerage is preferred. Below are a few responsibilities and qualifications for the role. _

Creating relationships both with clients and colleagues to work as efficiently and effectively as possible
Monitor key metrics to formulate corrective action impacting new business hit, renewal retention, premium growth, and loss ratio
Conduct broker negotiations and presentations during marketing calls
Oversee policy and endorsement issuance by in house staff
Develop strategy and plan to cultivate a market and drive revenue into the brokerage
Previous E&S wholesale or MGA experience (4+ years)
Ability to travel and visit agents
CPCU, CIC, ARM, designations preferred
