    JOB DETAILS:

    We are currently looking for representatives ranging from entry level to experienced professionals seeking a different, more rewarding career and lifestyle. Representatives are responsible for meeting with and serving families that have requested help with mortgage protection or Life Insurance.

    This position is compensated as COMMISSION ONLY and includes long-term residuals. For those agents who demonstrate LEADERSHIP SKILLS, agency ownership is also a possibility. The compensation is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating passive income while working flexible hours.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities include:

    • Respond to prospective clients who have asked for help with life insurance needs (NO COLD CALLING).

    • Build productive relationships with prospective clients that provide an OPPORTUNITY FOR REPEAT BUSINESS.

    • Evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.

    • Ensure all insurance policies are issued in a timely manner.

    • Be an active team member with other agents within the agency.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Here’s what we require:

    • LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE (or capacity to obtain within 14 days of accepted offer)

    • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and presentation skills

    • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed

    • Must be able to work independently

    • High-speed Internet

    • History of high integrity sales practices
