    Bilingual, Spanish/English The Jose Hilario Team is seeking a fluent English/Spanish speaking, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to keep up with current and growing business demands, as well as help to take their business to the next level.  The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, be detail-oriented, super organized, and able to take initiative. The Administrative Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to be the core and director of this team. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Administrative Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication with clients and the team. This person has immense focus and can also change their pace on a dime to match the workload. This individual will exhibit drive and desire to influence the team’s growth; while the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability. An Administrative Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. Responsibilities: • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines • Drive to provide an outstanding client experience from start to finish • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Capable of working independently and within a team, have a desire for continual growth • Be a fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Great ability to focus • Self-motivated to learn new things (growth mindset) and the ability to seek answers independently • Calm under pressure • Concerned about doing things the right way • Proven ability to succeed Qualifications: • Fluent in both English and Spanish • 2 - 3 years of administrative experience is required • Degree from an accredited two-year or four-year college/university in a related field (strongly preferred) • Must be 100% trustworthy, reliable, have own cell phone, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Real estate license (preferred, not required) Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 per year
