Responsibilities: • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Meet with agents to work on their sales scripts • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching • Lead by example with production, support, and system updates Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer relationship management • Proven organizational and planning ability • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • Strong ability to lead a team • Must have a valid Drivers License • Must have a Current, Active Florida Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ commission
