Responsibilities: • Consult with customers to identify their real estate needs and pinpoint properties that meet their specifications • Help buyers decide on the best lender and buying options that meet their requirements • Enter data into relevant documents such as purchase contracts, closing statements, representation contracts, deeds, and leases • Follow is KEY - Put into practice a steady follow-up system to expand the sales pipeline • Participate in open houses, MLS, and networking events to improve sales • Develop and continually advertise to potential customers • Assist multiple clients throughout the entire home-buying process on a yearly basis • Provide excellent customer service and sound advice • Remain abreast of changes in loans, trends, and areas of knowledge • Build a prosperous and durable career in real estate by working with and learning from other team-oriented real estate agents • Communicate effectively with in-house and external staff to achieve a successful transaction for the clients • Reach out to customers, and document all activity into the necessary CRM, while also following up on communications Qualifications: • Possess a team-oriented attitude, with the drive to be successful • Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor • Have a current, or be in the process of attaining, a Florida Realtor Estate License • Valid driver’s license • Have knowledge and stay up-to-date on current real estate market trends • Have a good understanding of the geography of the region • Possess a basic understanding of technology • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures • Proven time-management skills • Ability to utilize CRM software to protect customer information • Be enthusiastic about learning new tools, systems, and technologies • Maintain a positive and approachable attitude • Acting as an advocate for clients and their objectives • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Extreme attention to detail when dealing with contractual documentation • Show resilience in difficult situations • Coachable and open to taking direction • Capacity to flexibly ** learn, unlearn, and relearn ** • Trustworthy in building relationships with a team of agents, leader, operations manager, transaction coordinator, ISA, and administrative support Compensation: $95,000+ At Plan Commission
