We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Runner to join our team and partner with one of Atlanta’s top Real Estate Agents. If you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills this may be a good role for you.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: **

• Place/remove lockboxes and riders
  • Coming Soon Rider- typically Thursday morning
  • Pending Rider- weekly the day after due diligence
  • **Sold Rider & Lockbox Pickup- day of closing **
  • Lockbox Drop Off- Monday-Wednesday
  • Vacant House Checks- Weekly by Saturday
  • Meet Vendors at houses- as needed
  • Inspections/Appraisals- Shadow assistant
• Backup Agent on Tuesdays with scheduling/managing tasks as needed

** Qualifications: **

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• High School Diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to go “above and beyond” to provide an excellent client experience

Job type: Part-time (up to 25 hours/week)

Salary: $18.00/hour
