We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Runner to join our team and partner with one of Atlanta’s top Real Estate Agents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Place/remove lockboxes and riders
• Coming Soon Rider- typically Thursday morning
• Pending Rider- weekly the day after due diligence
• Sold Rider & Lockbox Pickup- day of closing
• Lockbox Drop Off- Monday-Wednesday
• Vacant House Checks- Weekly by Saturday
• Meet Vendors at houses- as needed
• Inspections/Appraisals- Shadow assistant
• Back up Primary Agent on Tuesdays with scheduling/managing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and clear driving record

• Must have reliable transportation

• Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Able to lift up to 50lb

• High School Diploma/GED

• 18 years of age or older

• Willingness to go “above and beyond” to provide an excellent client experience

Job type: Part-time (up to 25 hours/week)

Salary: $18.00/hour
