ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

The Keller Agencies is hiring! We have recently opened a beautiful office in the Greater Pittsburgh Area and are growing! We are looking for professional, highly ambitious, and motivated leaders to be a part of our team as we build and develop our market share in Western PA.

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will take charge to implement the vision, mission, and core values established by the Keller Agencies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general administrative work such as data entry and calling potential clients
• Coordinate services for our products to potential and active clients

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly organized with weekly assignments and scheduling
• Ability to network and work professionally with Business owners, CEO's Human resource executives.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Team player mentality
• Consult with Business Owners, CEO's, Human resource executives.
• Enroll benefits to employees and their employer
• High level of motivation and self direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web based applications
• The desire to make a six figure income
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
