We are looking for a Texas-based, self-motivated Sales Representative to deliver results through the implementation of effective sales strategies. This position is a full-time salaried position with additional commissions paid on sales performance.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Proven ability to drive sales.

Ø Equally strategic and tactical in running a territory.

Ø Comfortable making lots of calls to warm, hot and cold leads.

Ø Motivated by making money and building relationships.

Ø Passion for clients and client service.

Ø Time, territory and account management organizational skills

Ø FIELD-BASED SALES WITH 80%+ TRAVEL REQUIRED IN TEXAS

Ø Takes pride in pursuing and then closing deals.

Ø Writes clear quotes and proposals.

Ø Leverages technology to enhance performance and achieve sales metrics.

Ø Insurance Producers License in Texas: Life, Accident and Health and valid driver’s license.

Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite a MUST
