Responsibilities: • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Currently licensed in real estate Compensation: $122,500
