The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, and a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities in advertising, brand stewardship, special events management and social media. They will have command of trends in social media and print marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build and convert a digital audience into adoring clients. How’s your grammar? In addition to marketing, events, and social media related work, this position will also write, proof and edit copy. Exceptional attention to detail is a “must have” for the right candidate. They will also share a role in maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: GENERAL • Manage multiple projects in a fast–paced, entrepreneurial environment and under tight deadlines to meet established key performance indicators • Remain informed of trends in advertising, social media, reputation management and graphic design • Oversee relationship with multiple vendors • Conduct market research identifying all regional competitors • Manage department budget and develop detailed monthly budget reports • Develop reports to track marketing performance ADVERTISING & GRAPHIC DESIGN • Develop graphic design solutions and compelling visual presentations including annual ad campaigns, brochures, and other materials using cloud based programs • Create produce and negotiate publication pricing for all advertising and marketing campaigns for team and luxury listings • Provide copy creation and editing for all printed and electronic collateral • Responsible for creating and maintaining stock image library SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE • Manage team website, social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews and additional relevant channels • Create or re-purpose shareable content for each platform using proper format • Create simple website for each luxury listing • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report ROI • Monitor and engage with social media comments on a frequent basis and report on trends in engagement, follower growth, sentiment, etc. EVENT PLANNING • Develop and manage event concepts, budget, marketing, and logistics • Coordinate every aspect of client and community events including securing sponsors, venues, advertising, social media posts and vendors OTHER DUTIES • Work some evenings and weekends, as needed • Handle stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations daily • Perform additional duties as assigned • Some regional (driving) or national (air) travel may be required Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Social Media • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced Marketing Role • Exceptional English written & verbal communication skills (writing samples required) • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Exceptionally strong attention to detail and organization skills • Self-starter who catches on quickly and takes initiative • Team player who takes responsibility without excuses • Proficiency in social media software (e.g. HubSpot's Social Inbox or Sprout Social) to monitor social media conversations • Proficiency with posting videos and boosting ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Proficiency in cloud-based design or software (design samples required), MS Office 365, Google Analytics, and online platforms (e.g. Canva, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey etc.) Compensation: $40,000
