You can expect dozens of leads per month • Marketing materials that are proven to gain client interest • Business cards and signage • Use our videographer to film and produce the videos you need • State-of-the-art CRM system • Extensive back-office support • Video brand building and advertising • Software Training • Advanced 1 on 1 mentoring with a Top Houston Realtor • A respected, highly recognizable brand and access to Compass Concierge Responsibilities: • Maintain and Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings • Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients to promote new business • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends • Knowledge of the greater Houston area and local communities Qualifications: • High School graduate • 18 years of age or older • Maintain a valid Texas Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills • Competitive nature, Self-motivation, and drive to succeed • Good organizational and time management skills • Professional dress and demeanor • Available to work anywhere with clients in the Greater Houston Area • Available to work evenings and weekends Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 yearly
