Responsibilities: • Take charge of designated territories and formulate strategic sales plans • Boost sales growth by prospecting, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships • Lead the recruitment process to assemble a dynamic and driven sales team • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their sales prowess and product knowledge • Set and monitor sales targets, offering continuous coaching and feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Proven sales and team leadership experience, preferably within the financial sector • Track record of surpassing sales targets and driving business growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results • This is a commission-only position • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals • Self-motivated with a passion for individual and team success Compensation: $125,000+
