    We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next Sales Development Representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn warm prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can build a foundational relationship with customers. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities: • Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies • Attend online meetings and company training • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience is highly desired • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
