Kitchen & Countertop Center of New England (KCCNE) has an excellent opportunity available for a highly-motivated Sales Representative to handle our countertop sales. This job opening is ideal for the individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth oriented and creative environment.

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION THAT CURRENTLY COVERS THREE WEEKDAYS: MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAY; (OR) MONDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THERE IS ALSO AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS IF WE NEED COVERAGE FOR SPECIAL SALES EVENTS, ETC.
COMPENSATION INCLUDES BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
· Handle the entire front-end countertop sales process along with our sales team
· Using your interpersonal skills and market insight, you’ll identify and cultivate prospective clients, and tailor our countertop products and services to meet the needs of existing prospects and customers
· Advise customers of our full remodel process for kitchens and baths
· Build relationships by maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Some college or Associate degree preferred
· Minimum of two years customer service/sales
· Previous employment in sales where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
· Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills
· Well-developed persuasion and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
