    We are looking for a new dynamic member to join our growing team. The Director of Content is a savvy storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and ability to craft impactful and engaging content in different mediums across various platforms.

    Reporting into the Head of Creative and working closely with brand and marketing teams across the portfolio, the Director of Content will be responsible for managing the creation of written, video, photo graphic design and audio content that will be distributed primarily through our websites, email communications, digital magazine, in-room tv channels and social media. The ideal candidate is process driven, highly creative and curious, with an ability to think and plan strategically in collaboration with others.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive the development and execution of holistic content that ensures we are telling the right stories, in the right place, at the right time, across campaigns and channels

    Successfully manage Freelancers and Social Media Manager to create and distribute best in class content

    Copywriting and translating the brand voice and tone across multiple formats

    Develop editorial calendar that unites our content activities and ensures publication of a steady stream of impactful, high-quality content.

    Liason with press inquiries and public relations agency

    Lead social media marketing strategies through a content-focused brand lens

    Guide, support and collaborate with Brand Managers in execution of content related productions

    Collaborate with Marketing Team in execution of content related distribution

    Drive best practices in content sharing, standardization, and operational efficiency across the content strategy, production and distribution process.

    Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in social media, content marketing trends and consumer behavior.

    Qualifications & Keys to Success:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art, Journalism, or related field

    Sound understanding of visual design principles

    Proven ability to develop and manage digital content programs through the entire project lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and maintenance.

    Superior editorial and writing skills with the ability to craft insightful, must-read content.

    Experienced in contributing their own content while developing the work of other freelance creatives.

    Extensive knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

    Management experience, both internal as well as freelancers and agency partners

    Extensive experience in a leadership role in media, journalism, hospitality, or editorial-related agency role with a portfolio of high-quality work.

    Ability to move projects from concept to completion

    Willing and ability to travel (20%)
