    Job Overview

    We’re seeking a highly creative, driven content producer to join the corporate creative team at the LINE, The Ned (US) & Saguaro Hotels. Guided by our organization’s values of community, discovery, diversity, collaboration, and creativity, our creative team cultivates inviting spaces and experiences both digitally and on our properties.

    Reporting to the director of content and working collaboratively with teams across the country, the content producer develops and produces high-quality creative for an exciting portfolio of hotel and restaurant brands. We’re looking for someone who can flex a wide range of content skills, primarily graphic design, alongside our dynamic team. Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, organized, forward-thinking self-starters with experience developing and executing successful content projects. As our portfolio grows, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow their career with us, and this role aligns to career paths in art direction, editorial, and content and creative direction.

    Because of the fluctuating demands of the company’s operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    1. Produce holistic content for use across campaigns, channels, and formats:

    a. Develop creative ideas for and produce graphics, copy, and layouts.

    b. Produce graphics and copy for a range of needs, including but not limited to invitations, event listings, signage, gifs, short videos, quote cards, ads, and information kits.

    c. Select photography (architectural, event, lifestyle, food and beverage) from all properties for a variety of channels, campaigns, property stakeholders, and agency partners.

    d. Assist the content director in shaping photography, videography, and motion graphics.

    1. Collaborate on, coordinate, and manage content work:

    a. Working collaboratively with brand managers, coordinate and develop creative solutions for the content needs of their properties, restaurants, bars, and sales teams.

    b. Collaborate with the social media manager to craft engaging visuals and stories across accounts. This may include mood boarding, photo curation, and asset creation.

    c. Sync with the digital marketing manager on channel distribution needs and timelines.

    d. Coordinate the work of creative freelancers, ranging from graphic designers to copywriters.

    e. Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring that all work meets brand standards and deadlines and is uniform across digital and experiential touchpoints.

    1. Keep our brands on their toes:

    a. Propose concepts for art and content direction using mood boards and digital storytelling tools.

    b. Stay up to date with the latest design and content trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for the future direction of our brands.

    Knowledge, Requirements and Skills

    1. Must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Washington DC, or New York and willing and able to travel; role is partial-remote.

    2. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required

    3. Three (3)+ years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, writing/editing, or digital creative production

    4. Strong portfolio showcasing first-rate graphic design, clear photography curation, sharp copy, and/or compelling motion across a range of formats and platforms

    5. Demonstrated ability to translate a brand’s identity into pithy design collateral, motion assets, and/or written voice

    6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and other design and creative tools

    7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills; bonus: experience with Airtable or project management software

    8. Superior attention to detail

    9. Ability to manage multiple projects, with varying timelines, simultaneously

    10. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    11. A strong understanding of design, art direction, brand voice and identity, and visual storytelling
