Responsibilities: Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Reach Out and Follow-Up daily with the leads to grow your pipeline and sales opportunities • "Always be Consulting" with buyer and seller clients. Meet with them to gain an understanding of their wants and needs in buying or selling their home. Customize a plan to help them reach their desired results • Always be providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat customers • Be the local community "expert" by knowing the areas we serve. Have local knowledge of the communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding area • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Embrace a Positive Team Environment, Proven Systems, and our Core Values • Work with our 'Closing Team" during the escrow process to provide our clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Show good organizational and time management skills Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A Driven, Self-Starter who is motivated and desires professional growth • A valid Real Estate License (or in the process of testing) • Willingness to learn (and follow) new systems and technologies • Good communication and social skills Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at Plan Per Year
