Responsibilities: • Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments. • Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications. • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria. • Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process. • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close. • Desire to serve and give back to our community. • Call all inbound and leads. • Assist in marketing. Qualifications: • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends • Familiarity with the area real estate market • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent Sales skills • Not afraid of picking up the phone to call a potential client Compensation: $59,000+
