Enjoys working with people; both in teams and with clients

Understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions

Is highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

Has an active Cosmetology or Esthetics license (or is working towards one)

Experience as a Lash Technician is preferred but not required.

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Is comfortable with sales, upsells, and product suggestions

Job Type: Full-time, AFTERNOON and NIGHT shifts (e.g. 2pm - 8pm)

Average Pay During Training: $14/Hour during Training (First 4-6 weeks) Average Pay: $27/Hour - After The Lash Lounge Certification Process (National Low Average)

Compensation: $14 per hour during training and until transitioned to fully commission based.

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
