WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Looking for a Stylist (Stylists) who has 1+ years Lash experience- (prefer 2+ years experience in Classic, Hybrid & Volume applications). Someone who enjoys working with people, comfortable with sales and product education. Able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. Highly motivated, friendly and responsible! Someone who prides themselves on quality, education, growth and able to work well with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services (Classic/Hybrid/Volume)

Applying Volume fans, offering Threading and Lash Lifts

Generate new clientele through our referral programs and membership offers

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years as a Lash Stylist required

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

Customer service focused; building relationships and trust with clientele

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
