WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who holds a current aesthetics or cosmetology license, has lash experience, wants to build a career with The Lash Lounge, and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, emotionally intelligent, open to feedback, and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our referral program

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Aesthetics license (Required)

1+ years as a Lash Stylist (Preferred)

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

1+ years working in a salon (Preferred)

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and high standards for your performance

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Demonstrated job longevity (i.e. 2+ years working full-time with one company)

Ability to work weekends and evenings
