To enable the General Manager's success, the right candidate will be required to have at least 3 years of management experience in the beauty or retail industry, leading a successful membership sales team. Demonstrated ability to focus on, and achieve, key business metrics will be essential.

Responsibilities
Create a salon environment which exceeds guest expectations
Ensure team delivers at the level of quality expected from a premiere brand
Develop a high-energy culture fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, respect and fun
Meet revenue, membership, lead generation and conversion, and stylist utilization targets
Drive growth through setting of ambitious, but achievable, individual and team goals
Resolve guest and staff issues quickly and decisively, mitigating the risk of repeat
Recruit, develop, motivate and retain exceptional people
Enhance demand-marketing and partnership activities
Provide new ideas and perspectives to owners to continue to build better results
Daily Duties
Lead as the day-to-day, on-the-floor leader empowered in all areas of management
Ensure that all guest interactions meet the “Gold Standard” of customer service
Manage stylist and front desk team leads, mentoring them to focus on and achieve targets
Responsibility for HR activities including scheduling, performance management and payroll
Ensure accurate, complete and timely transactions via salon software
Assist with marketing, promotions and other lead-generating/brand-building activities
Manage inventory, including stock levels, purchasing, recording and routine counts
Skills
Salon management experience (3 years) required
Leadership of membership sales teams (3 years) required
Esthetician/Cosmetology license strongly preferred
Experience with O365 required
Knowledge of MindBody (MBO) POS, texting, lead management software preferred
Goal and achievement oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments
Use of initiative to problem-solve and experience in working autonomously with accountability
Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to manage client and staff concerns
Outgoing and personable with ability to communicate effectively with guests, owners and staff
Excellent leadership, communication and accountability
Strong work ethic, integrity and professionalism
Lash extensions experience a plus
