JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Lash Stylist provides exemplary lash service to Lash Lounge guests, as well as top quality application of semi-permanent eyelash extensions, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, lash perm, and facial threading. The stylist can transition to the local salon trainer providing continuous training services to the new hire lash stylists based on job performance. This position is critical to the reputation of the salon and contributes to the highest standards, reviews and success of the salon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge guests, at the expected highest level of standards set by Lash Lounge brand.

Meet or exceed membership target and goals

Mentor junior lash stylists and help manager maintain consistency of Lash Lounge services

Thoroughly conducts expected guest consultation prior to service application, and inserts proper notes in guest charts for future tracking.

Responsible for proper sanitization of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing

Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.

All other duties as prescribed.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Active Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Eyelash Specialty or equivalent state license required.

At least 1 year of Lash stylist experience is a must.

Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered.

Well organized, detail oriented and ongoing learner with interest in self improvement

Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including weekends, and holidays

Must be reliable and extremely punctual. Must have reliable transportation.
